So far, Somalia has been at risk since Al-Shabab recently vowed to increase its attacks against the federal government in what it is calling its Ramadan offensive. Youth of Somalia are being warned not to fall prey to terrorist groups who have been recruiting youth to Al-Shabab to carry out attacks during Ramadan and the rest of the year against government officials, institutions, security personnel, United Nations organizations, foreign embassies and African Union troops.
