Simmons House under investigation for “heinous crime”

Gene Simmons, rock star legend form the band KISS, has recently had his house searched for a crime that was committed on his own property sometime last year. The real kicker is, it has nothing to do with the family.

The LA Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force reportedly searched their home on Thursday night but came up with nothing and deemed Simmons and his family members to be non-suspects in their investigation. The family has been very cooperative with police.

The police were supposedly looking into a crime that may have occurred on their Beverly Hills property while Gene was away on tour last year.

No details have been released by police about what exactly they are investigating and neither has the Simmons family.

Three of the family members, Gene, wife Shannon, and daughter Sophie have taken to twitter to make sure people have their facts straight about the investigation. Gene has apparently been sharing news articles on twitter that tell people that they had nothing to do with the investigation besides location, as well as Shannon and Sophie showing sympathy and thanks, stating: “Thanks for your support. We are horrified that someone used our parents residence for such heinous crimes. Law enforcement is on the case.”

No further information has been released at this time.
