New Southpaw Trailer Featuring Eminem and Gwen Stefani Music

Movie goers get another look at the upcoming flick, Southpaw.

The film may be set to release July 24th but there are now three official trailers to hold us over. The most recent trailer comes alive with the song Kings Never Die by Gwen Stefani and Eminem.

It is one of two songs by Eminem that are on the Southpaw official soundtrack. The album will be released the same day as the film is released and also features artists 50 cent, Slaughterhouse, and Action Bronson & Joey Bada$$.  The soundtrack will also include a couple tracks by the deceased James Horner who passed away this last June.

In case this is the first time you’ve heard of Southpaw, the film will be about boxing champion Billy “The Great” Hope played by Jake Gyllenhaal. Hope, who appears to have a great life, faces some tragedy that sends his world into a downward spiral. He seeks guidance at a local gym from trainer Tick Willis played by Forest Whitaker and attempts to get his life back. Gyllenhaal’s onscreen wife will be played by Rachel McAdams and their onscreen daughter will be played by up and coming child star Oona Laurence.

Jake’s acting ability has been improving with every film he stars in. His character is fighting to get his life back, but Gyllenhaal’s fighting for an Oscar nomination (or even win) with this role!
