Foo Fighters Cancel European Leg Of Their Tour

The Foo Fighters will cancel the final leg (pun intended) of their European tour as a result of lead singer Dave Grohl breaking his leg. Grohl underwent surgery after breaking his leg performing last week and falling off of a 12-foot stage. Although the surgery was successful in placing six screws in his life, doctors have advised Grohl to take time to heal.

Despite having to end the European section of the tour, the band is still scheduled to continue on its “Sonic Highways” tour which begins in Washington, D.C. on July 4th.

Known for their exciting concerts, the incident that occurred in Gothenburg, Sweden last Friday is still probably the strangest since the beginning of the band.
